Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail. Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents. Assist with data entry, document preparation, and report generation. Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings. Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel. Monitor and replenish office supplies and equipment. Support accounting tasks such as invoice processing and expense tracking. Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
