Position Details
- Role: Special Educator
- Location: Kudoz International Pre School, Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad
- Preference: Near by Candidates Preferred who can commute to Raj nagar Ghaziabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated, individualized support to children with Autism, ADHD, and other developmental or learning differences.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each child's specific needs.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that encourages early childhood development.
- Collaborate effectively with parents, mainstream teachers, and school management to track and communicate student progress.
- Use specialized teaching techniques and behavioral management strategies to support early learners.
Requirements
- Proven experience in handling early-years children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and related needs.
- A relevant degree or diploma in Special Education (e.g., B.Ed. or D.Ed. in Special Education).
- High levels of empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills.
