Job Title: Telecaller / Telemarketing Executive
Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and maintain customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a persuasive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling
- Explain product/service features and benefits clearly
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Follow company scripts and guidelines while communicating
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (preferred)
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Regional language)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Prior experience in telecalling/sales (preferred but not mandatory)
Work Environment:
- Office-based / Work-from-home (depending on company)
