WE’RE HIRING: Senior Software Engineers (3–12 Years Experience) | Dehradun
We're looking for experienced software engineers who enjoy mentoring and believe engineering education should mirror how software is built in the real world.
This isn't a traditional teaching role.
You'll mentor students by working on real software projects, open-source development, system design, code reviews, engineering best practices, and modern development workflows.

Our focus is on bridging the gap between academia and the software industry by providing hands-on, project-driven learning that reflects how engineering teams actually build software. Students learn through real-world projects, open-source contributions, system design, code reviews, modern development practices, and collaborative engineering workflows.
With university in Dehradun. We believe India’s next generation of software engineers should be industry-ready from day one, and we’re building an ecosystem where experienced engineers can mentor, inspire, and help shape that future.
We're looking for engineers with:
1. 3–10 years of software engineering experience.
2. Strong hands-on development skills.
3. An active GitHub profile with meaningful projects or open-source contributions.
4. A passion for mentoring and continuous learning.
5. Preferred experience includes contributions to:
- Google Summer of Code (GSoC)
- Linux Foundation
- CNCF
- Apache Software Foundation
- MLH Fellowship
- Outreachy
- ICPC
- Other established open-source communities.
6. Freelance.
Compensation:
- ₹1.0–2.5 Lakh/month.
