- Sales & Billing: Prepare and verify invoices for vehicle sales, vehicle registrations, and spare parts.
- Cash & Bank Reconciliation: Handle petty cash, record daily showroom footfall vs. actual sales revenue, and reconcile bank statements.
- Inventory Management: Track bike stocks, monitor spare parts valuation, and assist with periodic physical audits.
- Compliance & Taxes: Manage TDS and GST filings. Handle statutory requirements regarding road tax and dealer margins.
- Reporting: Generate daily and monthly MIS (Management Information Systems) reports to update the dealer principal on showroom profitability.
- Should have more than 3 years of experience and ability to handle independently.
- Strong exposure in TALLY
