Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our showroom. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting tiles, sanitary ware, plumbing materials, hardware products, and marble while providing excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their requirements and budget.
- Explain product features, specifications, and pricing.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on customer inquiries.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, builders, architects, and interior designers.
- Meet monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the warehouse for product availability and deliveries.
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and well-displayed.
- Stay updated on new products and market trends.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in building materials or retail sales.
- Knowledge of tiles, sanitary ware, plumbing, hardware, or marble products is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and billing software).
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
