Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented IT Business Development Executive/Manager with 3+ years of experience in end-to-end sales of Software Development, Web Development, and Mobile Application Development services. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in generating leads, acquiring new clients, managing the complete sales cycle, and closing deals to drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads and acquire new clients for Software Development, Web Development, and Mobile Application Development services.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, requirement gathering, and negotiations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, RFP responses, and pre-sales documentation.
- Understand and coordinate BRD (Business Requirement Documents), project scope, and client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through various channels including LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
- Stay updated with market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in IT Services Sales or Business Development.
- Strong knowledge of Software Development, Web Development, and Mobile App Development services.
- Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and deal closure.
- Hands-on experience in RFP preparation, BRD understanding, and pre-sales activities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and customer relationship management.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle end-to-end sales independently.
