We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with 6–10 years of experience to lead Agile teams and ensure the successful delivery of software development projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching teams on Agile methodologies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role requires close collaboration with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Development, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions while maintaining Agile best practices.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles, Agile methodologies, and continuous improvement practices.
Remove impediments and proactively resolve issues impacting team productivity and sprint commitments.
Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize product backlogs and ensure well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Coordinate with Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth sprint execution.
Track sprint progress, team velocity, burn-down charts, and other Agile metrics to monitor delivery performance.
Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and blockers.
Maintain Agile project dashboards, sprint reports, and documentation using Jira and Confluence.
Support release planning, sprint forecasting, and capacity planning activities.
Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency and delivery quality.
Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams and leadership.
Promote Agile best practices and support Agile transformation initiatives across the organization.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software while maintaining transparency and stakeholder alignment.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
6–10 years of experience in Agile project delivery with at least 3+ years as a Scrum Master.
Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, SDLC, and software development practices.
Experience managing multiple Agile teams and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
Excellent communication, leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
