The Grief Counselor will provide emotional support and guidance to individuals and families dealing with loss and bereavement. This role involves conducting individual and group counseling sessions, developing grief management plans, and facilitating support groups. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of grief processes, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a commitment to helping clients navigate their emotional journeys.
- Provide one-on-one counseling to clients experiencing grief and loss.
- Facilitate support groups for individuals dealing with bereavement.
- Conduct assessments to determine the needs of clients and establish appropriate interventions.
- Develop and implement grief management plans tailored to each client’s situation.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide holistic support to clients.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
- Stay informed about best practices in grief counseling and mental health resources.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
