We are looking for a Team Leader – APC Channel to recruit, manage, and drive performance of Agency Partners. The role involves achieving sales targets, partner activation, training, and ensuring smooth business operations through the APC channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard Agency Partners
- Drive sales and achieve monthly targets through APC channel
- Train, motivate, and support partners for higher productivity
- Conduct joint field visits and sales activities
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines
- Maintain MIS and sales reports
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
- Experience in Insurance Sales / Agency / APC Channel
- Strong leadership, sales, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel locally
Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
