We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Executive who can go beyond conventional recruitment. If you enjoy building creative sourcing strategies, reading candidates for genuine fit (not just resume match), and owning the candidate experience through to a smooth onboarding, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source niche talent using non-traditional channels beyond standard job portals including communities, referrals, social platforms, and direct outreach
- Assess candidates for role fit as well as startup fit: adaptability, ownership, and comfort with ambiguity
- Own the candidate journey end-to-end, from first contact through offer to Day 1, minimizing drop-offs at every stage
- Design and refine onboarding touchpoints so new hires feel set up to succeed, not just processed
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand real team needs, not just job titles
- Track and analyze hiring data to identify where candidates disengage, and fix it
- Continuously experiment with new sourcing and screening approaches instead of relying on legacy methods
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
