We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Associate to expand our market presence and generate business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have experience in the aluminium window and façade industry or a similar building materials industry and possess strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with architects, builders, contractors, developers, consultants, and homeowners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct regular site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements.
- Promote the company's aluminium window and door systems, products, and solutions.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the technical and estimation teams during the sales process.
- Follow up on leads, negotiate commercial terms, and support order closures.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and product demonstrations when required.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and submit periodic reports to the management.
- Work closely with the operations and project execution teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the aluminium window systems industry or a similar building materials industry (such as uPVC windows, façades, glass, hardware, modular interiors, construction materials, or related sectors).
- Proven experience in B2B sales and business development will be an advantage.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Travel Requirements
- Must be willing to travel locally for client meetings, site visits, and business development activities.
- Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving licence is preferred.
