About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive for Voice process to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide an excellent customer experience through phone.
Location:Kudlu Gate, Bengaluru
English Domestic Process.
Salary: 17,500 to 23,000 inhand take home
Requirement: Fluent in English and Hindi
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer queries via phone.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when required.
- Meet defined quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Provide information about products, services, and company policies.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in hindi and english.
Qualifications
- 12th Pass and above
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in customer service, BPO, or call center roles is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of English and Hindi; additional regional languages are a plus.
