We are looking for a sincere, hardworking, and customer-friendly Store Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our Tumbledry Dry Cleaning store in Khanna.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customers politely and provide good service.
- Manage store operations smoothly.
- Make cold calls to potential customers and local businesses.
- Support local marketing and promotional activities.
- Manage and supervise store staff.
- Operate computer systems for billing and customer records.
- Prepare bills and maintain payment records.
- Follow up on collections and outstanding payments.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality service.
- Keep the store organized and disciplined.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge is a must.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to manage a team and take responsibility.
- Honest, sincere, dedicated, and humble personality.
- Willing to learn and grow with the business.
- Punctuality is a must.
