Are you a passionate mathematician with a knack for making complex calculus or coordinate geometry look easy? We are seeking a dynamic, full-time Mathematics Teacher to join our academic team. You will be responsible for leading students from Class 9th through 12th, ensuring they achieve excellence in their Board Exams while simultaneously building the competitive edge needed for MHT-CET and JEE (Main & Advanced).
Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that cover the school/college board syllabus while integrating advanced concepts for CET/JEE.
- Concept Building: Focus on foundational clarity for 9th and 10th graders to prepare them for the rigors of 11th and 12th-grade competitive mathematics.
- Material Development: Create and update specialized study material, practice sets (DPPs), and mock tests tailored to the latest entrance exam patterns.
- Problem-Solving: Conduct dedicated doubt-clearing sessions and teach time-saving "shortcuts" and logical techniques essential for competitive exams.
- Performance Tracking: Regularly assess student progress through tests and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mathematics (B.Sc./M.Sc.) or Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in teaching Mathematics to senior secondary classes (9th–12th).
- Expertise: Deep understanding of the JEE Main/Advanced and CET syllabus. Candidates should be comfortable solving and explaining complex problems on the spot.
- Communication: Strong command over English/Hindi and the ability to engage a large classroom.
