Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents on courses, career paths, and opportunities
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions
- Follow up on inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in Academic Counseling / Sales
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
- Experience in EdTech sector is an added advantage
