IAM - Privileged Account Management Administrator
Preferred Location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid)
Experience: Minimum 5+ years (CyberArk)
Platform: CyberArk Privilege Cloud

Role Overview
The PAM Administrator will manage and support CyberArk Privilege Cloud, which migrated from an on‑prem deployment in Spring 2024, and is responsible for safeguarding approximately 200 privileged accounts.
Key Responsibilities

Administer CyberArk Privilege Cloud components:
- Safes

Platforms
-
Access Policies
-
Manage privileged account onboarding and lifecycle.

Perform CPM plugin testing and validation.

Monitor and maintain health of on‑prem PSM server components.

Support CyberArk Identity User Portal (Password Manager).

Respond to incidents, audits, and compliance requests.

Coordinate upgrades, maintenance, and DR readiness.
Required Skills & Qualifications-
5+ years of hands‑on CyberArk experience (cloud or hybrid).

Strong knowledge of CyberArk architecture and privileged access controls.

Experience with vault health checks and performance troubleshooting.

Understanding of Unix/Linux and Windows privileged access patterns.
Nice to Have-
CyberArk Defender or equivalent certification

Experience in large regulated environments
