- Supervise and monitor civil construction works at the site.
- Ensure construction is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and applicable rules.
- Check measurements, quantities, materials, and quality of work.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, and consultants.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor the progress of work.
- Handle K-SMART related applications and processes, including building permit, completion, occupancy, regularization, and other municipal-related submissions.
- Coordinate with Municipality/Corporation officials regarding K-SMART applications and approvals.
- Follow up on application status and resolve queries/requirements raised through K-SMART.
- Knowledge of Kerala building rules and municipal approval procedures will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
