Job Summary
Digital Blaize is seeking a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring quality candidates for internship, sales, and education-related roles. The candidate should be comfortable working with multiple job portals and managing the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and post job openings on various recruitment platforms including Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, Internshala, and Foundit.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities when required.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Experience hiring for internship, sales, and education-related positions.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online recruitment tools.
