Nextcode Group is building a modern workforce solutions platform focused on Payroll, HR, Workforce Technology, and Business Process Solutions. We are creating a scalable, enterprise-grade product for businesses in the U.S. market and are looking for passionate professionals to help build it from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
- Design and build secure backend architecture and REST APIs.
- Collaborate with the Founder, UI/UX Designer, and Frontend Developer.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in product planning and technical discussions.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Review code and contribute to best development practices.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with React.js and Next.js
- Strong backend development using Node.js (Express.js or NestJS)
- TypeScript and JavaScript
- REST API development and integration
- PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
- Git and GitHub
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or similar is a plus)
- Strong understanding of scalable application architecture
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of Full Stack Development experience
- Experience building SaaS or enterprise web applications
- Experience working in startup environments
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
