The Front Office Executive is responsible for managing the reception area, welcoming patients and visitors, handling appointments, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth front desk operations while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and attendants professionally.
- Register patients and maintain accurate demographic records.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and respond to patient inquiries.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments.
- Handle patient documentation.
- Maintain front desk registers and filing systems.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Assist with patient billing and payment collection when required.
- Follow clinic policies, confidentiality, and service standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Hospital Management Software (preferred).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused with a professional appearance and attitude.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
