Position: Project ManagerAbout the Role
Rohan Corporation is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to lead and manage construction project activities from planning to completion. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely execution, quality compliance, budget control, and effective coordination among all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the project execution team.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules as per approved plans.
- Coordinate and oversee procurement of raw materials.
- Manage contractors, vendors, and other agencies involved in project execution.
- Ensure project deliverables are achieved within the defined timelines.
- Identify, record, and resolve project-related issues and risks.
- Support resolution of cross-functional and project-level challenges.
- Monitor project progress, quality standards, and budget utilization.
- Prepare and submit project status reports to senior management.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding material supply and follow up on delays.
- Manage project evaluation, documentation, and reporting activities.
- Control project scope and manage change requests effectively.
- Escalate critical issues to management when required.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 8–15 years of experience in construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, and site management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet project deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, project scheduling, and reporting tools.
Preferred Skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Vendor and contractor management experience.
- Budget monitoring and cost control expertise.
- Knowledge of construction quality and safety standards.
