We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Inbound Voice Process. The role involves assisting customers with money transfer and billing-related queries while ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Handle international inbound customer calls.
Resolve money transfer and billing-related queries.
Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
Maintain excellent customer service and communication standards.
Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions.
Meet quality, productivity, and compliance standards.
Eligibility Criteria HSC/12th Pass or above.
Minimum 1 year of International BPO Voice Experience.
Strong English communication skills.
SVAR Score: 70 or above.
C1 Communication Level preferred.
Good problem-solving and customer handling skills.
Comfortable working in 24×7 rotational shifts with 2 rotational week offs.
Ability to multitask and take ownership of customer issues.
Salary & Benefits Salary up to ₹41,000 in-hand per month.
