Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Consultant (FSO) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform and Field Service Operations (FSO). The candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to implement and support ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and understand business requirements.
Configure and implement ServiceNow FSO modules.
Develop workflows using Flow Designer and Business Rules.
Configure Work Orders, Scheduling & Dispatch, Dispatcher Workspace, and Mobile Agent.
Integrate ServiceNow with ITSM, CMDB, Asset Management, and third-party applications.
Support UAT, deployment, go-live, and post-go-live activities.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation.
Provide end-user support and training when required.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience on the ServiceNow platform.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Field Service Operations (FSO).
- Strong knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, Asset Management, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.
Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Certifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Field Service Management (CIS-FSM)
ITIL Foundation Certification
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
