Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall mall operations and facility management.
- Manage engineering, housekeeping, security, parking, and MEP services.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, statutory compliance, and fire & life safety.
- Handle vendor management, budgeting, cost control, and operational excellence.
- Coordinate with tenants, leasing, marketing, and internal stakeholders.
- Drive customer experience and maintain high operational standards.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
