Get qualified Indian SMB owners and digital-first businesses on a demo call, show them what RankMesh does in 15 minutes, and close them.
This is not a strategy role. It is not a marketing role. It is a quota-carrying, commission-earning, phone-and-WhatsApp, high-volume closing role. You will be measured on one thing: revenue closed per month.
You will work directly with the founder (Himanshu Shukla) and have direct access to the product, the dashboard, and the advisors. No bureaucracy. No waiting for approvals.
- Own the full sales cycle — from first contact to signed contract — for SMB and mid-market accounts.
- Identify and reach out to high-fit prospects: local businesses, e-commerce stores, clinics, restaurants, real estate agents, agencies, nutritionists and any brand that needs to be found online.
Must have
- 2–4 years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience — SaaS, digital products, or tech-enabled services.
- Proven track record of high-volume SMB sales — comfortable closing 15 deals per month at ₹10k–₹50k ticket sizes.
- Fluent in Hindi and English — can hold a confident sales conversation with a Ludhiana kirana owner and a Mumbai e-commerce founder in the same afternoon.
- Demo-first sales mentality — you believe the product sells itself if shown correctly.
- WhatsApp-native: comfortable sending voice notes, screen recordings, and following up over chat.
- Self-starter: can build your own pipeline from scratch, does not need hand-holding on prospecting.
Strong Preference
- Previous experience at: IndiaMART, Justdial, Zoho, Salesforce India, UrbanClap / Urban Company, Times Internet, NoBroker, Razorpay, or any growth-stage Indian B2B SaaS company.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts: SEO, Google Business Profile, keywords, local search, content marketing.
- Experience selling to business owners directly (not procurement or IT teams).
- Has personally used or sold any SEO / digital marketing tool — Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz, or similar.
