About Us
Addicted Bespoken is a premium custom clothing brand specializing in bespoke suits, shirts, tuxedos, and wedding wear. We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Senior HR Recruiter who can take complete ownership of recruitment and HR reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions across departments.
- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other hiring channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate interview rounds.
- Close positions within defined timelines while maintaining hiring quality.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and HR documentation.
- Prepare and manage HR dashboards and recruitment dashboards.
- Create and maintain employee performance dashboards and recruitment KPIs.
- Generate weekly and monthly hiring and HR reports.
- Support HR operations whenever required.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Recruitment and HR.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident personality with strong decision-making abilities.
- Hands-on experience with HR dashboards, recruitment dashboards, and performance dashboards.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring requirements.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience hiring for multiple departments.
- Knowledge of ATS/HRMS software.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and HR analytics.
