Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineer who can independently handle and supervise civil construction, interior development, architectural coordination, space planning and project execution.
The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of construction as well as interior and architectural design, with the ability to understand requirements, prepare/modify drawings, plan space utilization, prepare BOQs and coordinate execution from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise and execute civil construction and renovation projects.
- Handle interior works, architectural requirements and space planning.
- Develop efficient space utilization plans based on functional requirements.
- Prepare, read and interpret civil, architectural and structural drawings/blueprints.
- Ability to independently prepare or modify blueprints/drawings as required.
- Prepare detailed BOQ, quantity estimates and material requirements.
- Prepare and review 3D AutoCAD drawings and layouts.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, vendors and site teams.
- Monitor construction quality, timelines, materials and workmanship.
- Check measurements and verify contractor bills against actual work.
- Plan and monitor civil, flooring, false ceiling, electrical, plumbing, painting and other interior-related works.
- Identify construction issues and provide practical technical solutions.
- Ensure optimum utilization of materials, manpower and available space.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Support management in design decisions, cost estimation and project planning.
Candidate Profile
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 10–15 years of strong hands-on experience in civil construction and project execution.
- Excellent knowledge of interior, architecture and space utilization.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, estimation, quantity surveying and material planning.
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD / 3D AutoCAD.
- Ability to read, understand and prepare blueprints/drawings.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, finishing works and building services.
- Should be capable of independently handling projects and coordinating multiple agencies.
- Strong communication, planning and problem-solving skills.
Ideal Candidate: Someone who is not limited to site supervision but can understand the complete requirement, design the space, prepare drawings/BOQ and take the project through execution to completion.
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
