Job Summary
The Senior Architect is responsible for leading architectural design projects from concept development to project completion. The role includes managing design teams, coordinating with consultants and clients, ensuring compliance with building regulations, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
The Senior Architect ensures that all architectural designs meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory requirements while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities1. Design & Planning
- Lead the architectural design process from concept to execution.
- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and design concepts.
- Develop schematic designs, design development drawings, and construction drawings.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations.
2. Project Management
- Manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and consultants.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Ensure design implementation aligns with project goals.
3. Team Leadership
- Supervise and guide junior architects and designers.
- Review and approve architectural drawings.
- Provide technical support to the design team.
4. Client Coordination
- Conduct client meetings and presentations.
- Understand client requirements and convert them into design solutions.
- Handle design revisions based on client feedback.
5. Technical Documentation
- Prepare and review:
- Working drawings
- Tender drawings
- BOQ coordination
- Construction documentation
- Ensure accuracy in all architectural documentation.
6. Site Coordination
- Visit project sites to monitor progress.
- Coordinate with site engineers and contractors.
- Resolve design-related issues during construction.
7. Compliance & Standards
- Ensure adherence to:
- Local building regulations
- Safety standards
- Sustainability guidelines
- Maintain documentation for approvals and permits.
Required Skills
- Strong architectural design skills
- Expertise in AutoCAD
- Knowledge of Revit / BIM
- Experience in 3D modeling software (SketchUp, 3ds Max, etc.)
- Strong project management abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- Master’s Degree in Architecture (M.Arch) – Preferred
- Registered Architect (COA) – Preferred
Experience
- Minimum 2 – 5 years of experience in architecture or design projects.
- Experience in residential, or interior projects is preferred.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
