We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain & Merchandising Assistant to support our operations, inventory management, merchandising activities, and vendor coordination. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day supply chain and merchandising operations.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely procurement and product availability.
- Track purchase orders, shipments, deliveries, and inventory levels.
- Maintain accurate product, pricing, and inventory records.
- Support merchandising activities, including product assortment, catalogue management, and stock planning.
- Prepare reports related to inventory, sales performance, and supply chain operations.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Merchandising, Procurement, Inventory Management, or Retail Operations.
- Good understanding of supply chain processes and merchandising functions.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experience with ERP systems or inventory management software will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
