Prepare fresh juices, tea, coffee, and South Indian food items (e.g., idli, dosa, vada, etc.) following recipes and hygiene standards Take customer orders and handle billing/cash or digital payments Maintain cleanliness of the kiosk, equipment, and utensils Manage stock of raw materials (fruits, milk, spices, etc.) and inform management on shortages Ensure food safety and quality standards are maintained Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service Restock items and set up/close the kiosk as per shift timings
