Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct telephonic HR interviews
Interview Coordination
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates
- Ensure smooth coordination between candidates and internal teams
Recruitment Reporting
- Maintain recruitment tracker & daily hiring reports
- Meet monthly hiring targets
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/Masters Degree (HR background preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
- Good understanding of job portals (Indeed, Naukri, etc.)
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
