We are seeking a professional and experienced Front Office Assistant to join our team at our well-established 4-star hotel in Ernakulam. The ideal candidate should be highly presentable, guest-focused and skilled in managing front office operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all front desk operations and ensure smooth check-in/check-out process.
- Attending phone calls and direct front desk enquiries.
- Handle guest queries and resolve complaints promptly.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B and other departments.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and standards.
- Maintain reservation systems and manage room inventory.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
