About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Sports Physiotherapist to join our team in Whitefield, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and proven clinical expertise in treating sports-related injuries, working with athletes across different levels, and integrating advanced physiotherapy practices with strength & conditioning principles.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Master’s Degree (MPT or MS) in Sports Physiotherapy from a Grade 1 educational institute (mandatory).
- Experience: Minimum 3 year of relevant clinical experience.
- Preferred: Prior experience in treating elite/professional athletes and complex sports injuries.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong foundation and/or certifications in Strength & Conditioning.
- Proficiency in advanced clinical skills such as:
- Manual Therapy
- Dry Needling
- Injury Prevention & Rehabilitation Techniques
- Excellent clinical reasoning, patient communication, and team collaboration skills.
- Passion for working with athletes and helping them optimize performance and recovery.
Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and design evidence-based rehabilitation programs for athletes and sports injury patients.
- Work closely with coaches, trainers, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize athlete performance and reduce injury risks.
- Apply strength & conditioning principles to complement physiotherapy care.
- Keep updated with the latest research, rehab protocols, and sports medicine practices.
