About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and highly organised Influencer Marketing & Social Media Coordinator who can build relationships with fitness influencers, creators, athletes and gym professionals and manage influencer collaborations from start to finish.
The candidate will be responsible for finding relevant influencers, coordinating collaborations, collecting content, following up on deliverables and ensuring that approved content reaches our social media team on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify relevant fitness, bodybuilding, lifestyle and supplement influencers.
- Reach out to influencers through Instagram, WhatsApp, email and other platforms.
- Negotiate paid collaborations, barter collaborations and product-based partnerships.
- Share proper content briefs, product information and campaign requirements with influencers.
- Coordinate product dispatches for influencer collaborations.
- Maintain regular follow-ups until the committed Reel, Story or Post is received.
- Collect influencer-created content and share it with the internal content, design and editing team.
- Coordinate corrections or revisions whenever required.
- Manage deadlines and ensure influencer deliverables are received on time.
- Maintain an organised influencer database including contact details, followers, engagement, pricing, products sent and content status.
- Track influencer campaign performance such as views, engagement, reach, leads and conversions.
- Coordinate Instagram Collab posts and influencer tagging.
- Assist with social media posting, scheduling and content management.
- Discover new creators and build long-term relationships with high-performing influencers.
- Coordinate UGC content from customers, athletes and creators.
Requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Reels and influencer marketing.
- Ability to handle multiple influencers simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel.
- Good written English and Hindi/Hinglish communication.
- Understanding of fitness, supplements or bodybuilding content will be preferred.
- Previous influencer marketing or social media coordination experience is an advantage.

Someone who is proactive, confident in communication, organised and capable of taking complete ownership of influencer collaborations from first contact to final content delivery.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
