About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and performance-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with proven experience in Digital Marketing Services and IT Development Sales. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Direct Sales, International Sales, End-to-End Sales Management, and Client Acquisition across global markets.
The candidate must have hands-on experience using platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Upwork, Email Outreach Tools, and other lead generation channels to generate quality leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills along with the ability to understand client requirements and provide suitable business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for Digital Marketing and Development Services.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Identify and acquire international clients through LinkedIn, Upwork, Apollo, cold outreach, and other business channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose customized service solutions.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and sales strategies.
- Conduct discovery calls, client meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups effectively.
- Coordinate with internal technical and marketing teams for project discussions and execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines, and regular reporting.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market opportunities.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Direct Sales and International Sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Hands-on experience with:

- 4+ years of experience in IT Services / Digital Marketing Sales.
