We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Freshers from Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), or Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering (EIE) to join our team as Proposal Engineers.
The selected candidate will be trained in preparing technical and commercial proposals for STP, ETP, WTP, DM, RO, and other water and wastewater treatment projects. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh engineering graduates to develop their technical, estimation, documentation, and project coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals based on client requirements.
- Study RFQs, tender documents, and project specifications.
- Assist in preparing BOQ, BOM, quotations, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with internal engineering and technical teams for proposal preparation.
- Collect technical and commercial quotations from vendors and suppliers.
- Assist in preparing equipment specifications and technical documentation.
- Support the team in preparing tender and project submission documents.
- Maintain records of proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Assist in responding to client technical and commercial queries.
- Learn and understand water and wastewater treatment systems and related equipment.
- Ensure proposals and documents are prepared accurately and submitted on time.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation systems.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Willingness to learn technical proposal preparation and estimation.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Good attention to detail and time management.

Educational Qualification
- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in:
- Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)
