DataGrid Labs Pvt. Ltd. is a growing organization based in Kunnamkulam, Kerala, providing back-office support services for UAE-based companies in the fire safety and marine safety sectors. With a dedicated team of professionals, we support key business functions including Finance, Human Resources, Administration, Sales Support, Design & Estimation, and Operations Coordination.
As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our Finance team.
Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Accounting & Analysis
- Perform inter-company reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Analyze Profit & Loss statements and identify financial trends.
- Review Balance Sheet accounts and maintain proper documentation.
- Conduct cost analysis and support management with financial insights.
- Monitor budget versus actual performance and prepare variance reports.
Compliance & Taxation
- Prepare and file VAT returns accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax and statutory regulations.
- Maintain tax records and supporting documentation.
Audit & Reporting
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Coordinate with auditors and support audit activities.
- Prepare audit schedules and respond to audit queries.
General Accounting Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage Work-in-Progress (WIP) records.
- Calculate provisions and maintain related schedules.
- Perform account reconciliations and ledger reviews.
- Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and company policies.
- Support continuous improvement of accounting processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Accounting & Finance
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance
- Experience in VAT filing and statutory requirements
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Currently residing in Kunnamkulam or willing to commute daily

Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Sunday: Weekly Off
