Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive to manage accounting, reconciliations, taxation, and financial operations for our e-commerce business. The ideal candidate should have experience handling online marketplace accounting and be comfortable working with large transaction volumes.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily bookkeeping and accounting entries in Tally.
- Reconciliation of Amazon, Flipkart, website, and payment gateway settlements.
- Bank reconciliation and expense tracking.
- GST compliance, return preparation, and coordination with CA.
- TDS calculation, deduction, and record maintenance.
- Vendor payment processing and reconciliation.
- Monitoring receivables and payables.
- Preparation of MIS reports and financial summaries.
- Inventory and sales reconciliation across online channels.
- Invoice verification and record management.
Requirements
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of accounting and finance experience.
- Experience in e-commerce accounting preferred.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software.
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Preferred Experience
- Amazon Seller Central settlements and reimbursements.
- Flipkart settlement reconciliation.
- Razorpay / PayU / Cashfree reconciliation.
- Inventory and marketplace accounting.
Compensation
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
