· JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
· Candidates often need a 12th pass (Commerce) or a Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
· Expert knowledge of Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime.
· Certification in Tally is highly valued.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Computer knowledge such as Tally, powerpoint, database and spreadsheets is required.
· Strong attendance history of punctuality
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Maintain daily financial transactions using Tally ERP
· Ensure accurate and timely entry of data into the system
· Generate financial reports and summaries for management review
· Reconcile accounts and financial discrepancies
· Assist in preparing financial statements
· Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
· Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes
· Support in internal and external audits
· Screen calls and take messages.
· Organize files for billing, customer and client records, etc.
· Respond to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner
· Maintain and stock the reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.(Kitchen, Bathroom, Conference Room etc.)
· Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, copy machine, and a computer.
· Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received.
· Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail.
· Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed.
· Maintain the general office filing system.
· Perform other administrative duties as required to support the mission and function of the company
