Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiters/Stewards to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests in a polite and professional manner.
- Present menus and explain food and beverage options.
- Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of tables and service areas.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently.
- Handle guest requests and concerns courteously.
- Follow restaurant hygiene, grooming, and service standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations.
Requirements
- 0–5 years of experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality industry.
- Freshers with a positive attitude are also welcome.
- Good communication and guest-handling skills.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
