Key Responsibilities
- Handle student inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, website, and social media.
- Counsel prospective students about courses, fees, and career opportunities.
- Convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain CRM records and follow up with students.
- Coordinate the admission and onboarding process.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Admission/Education/Academic Counselor.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong interpersonal and counseling skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing is an advantage (training is provided).
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Google Sheets is preferred.
