About the Role
As a Senior Engagement Manager / Principal, you will lead end-to-end consulting engagements focused on Talent Strategy and Workforce Transformation. You will work closely with CHROs, Talent Leaders, Business Leaders, and GCC executives to address complex people-related business challenges through structured analysis, market insights, and actionable recommendations.
This role is designed for an experienced consulting leader who can confidently engage senior stakeholders, lead multidisciplinary consulting teams, and drive predictable outcomes across multiple engagements. In addition to delivery, you will contribute to business development, solutioning, capability building, and the continued growth of Zinnov's India Consulting Parctice

Develop strategic recommendations that help organizations build scalable and future-ready talent capabilities.
End-to-End Engagement Leadership
- Own project delivery across multiple consulting engagements, including scope, timelines, quality, budgets, and stakeholder management.
- Translate complex business challenges into structured consulting workstreams.
- Drive analytical rigor and ensure executive-ready client deliverables.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and project governance throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Research & Insight Development
- Lead primary and secondary research to establish strong evidence-based recommendations.
- Benchmark industry practices, talent models, and workforce strategies.
- Synthesize quantitative and qualitative insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Review and elevate team outputs into executive-level narratives.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Build trusted relationships with CHROs, HR Leaders, Business Leaders, and GCC executives.
- Facilitate workshops, steering committee meetings, and executive presentations.
- Align stakeholders across functions and geographies to drive informed decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and support long-term partnerships.
Business Development & Solutioning
- Support proposal development, RFP responses, and client presentations.
- Participate in solution design and engagement planning.
- Develop resource plans, effort estimates, and commercial inputs.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and contribute to new business acquisition.
Practice Development
- Develop consulting methodologies and reusable frameworks.
- Build standardized templates, toolkits, and knowledge assets.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and capability development across the Talent Consulting team.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery quality and consulting excellence.
People Leadership & Coaching
- Lead and mentor consulting teams across multiple engagements.
- Coach team members on structured problem-solving, research, analytical thinking, and executive communication.
- Review deliverables to ensure high standards of quality and consistency.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
What You Bring
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree from a reputed institution; MBA/PGDM preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Human Capital Consulting, Talent Strategy, HR Transformation, or Workforce Advisory.
- Proven experience leading consulting engagements with end-to-end delivery ownership.
- Strong understanding of Talent Strategy, Total Rewards, Organization Design, Workforce Transformation, and HR Operating Models.
- Experience working with senior client stakeholders, including CHROs and business leadership teams.
