WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SMART AND ACTIVE FRONT OFFICE STAFF & TELECALLING ASSISTANT TO MANAGE OFFICE COORDINATION , CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION , FOLLOWUPS AND BASIC ADMINISTRATIVE WORK . THE CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILL AND BASIC COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- HANDLE INCOMMING AND OUTGOING CALLS PROFESSIONALLY
- CONTACT CUSTOMERS FOR FOLLOWUPS , ENQUIRY AND APPOINTMENTS
- MAINTAIN CUSTOMER RECORDS AND OFFICE DOCUMENTATION
- SUPPORT DAILY OFFICE ADMINISTARTION ACTIVITIES
- COORDINATE WITH SALES AND TECHNICAL TEAMS
- PREPARE REPORT , QUOTATION AND BASIC DOCUMENTATION
- ATTEND CUSTOMERS QUERIES THROUGH PHONE, WHATSAPP AND EMAIL
- MAINTAIN ATTENDANCE FILING RECORDS
- HANDLE DATA ENTRY AND UPDATE EXCEL SHEETS
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- GOOD COMMUNICATION AND TELECALLING SKILL
- BASIC COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE
- ABILITY TO SPEAK MALAYALAM AND ENGLISH
- GOOD CUSTOMER HANDLING SKILL
- TIME MANAGEMENT AND COORDINATION ABILITY
QUALIFICATION:
- PLUS TWO/DEGREE/DIPLOMA
- FRESHERS AND EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES CAN APPLY
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
