About the Role
Sunfox Technologies is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Operations Manager to oversee and streamline on-ground operations across Haryana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing field teams, ensuring operational efficiency, driving execution excellence, and supporting business growth initiatives in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise day-to-day field operations across assigned territories in Haryana
- Lead, train, and monitor executives and support teams to ensure smooth operational workflows
- Ensure timely execution of business activities, product deployment, and customer support initiatives
- Coordinate with internal departments including sales, logistics, customer success, and operations
- Track field performance metrics and prepare operational reports for management review
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor productivity, process adherence, and issue resolution
- Handle escalation management and ensure quick resolution of operational challenges
- Maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, distributors, and channel partners
- Ensure proper inventory handling, device management, and operational compliance
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Healthcare Management, or related field
- 0-1 years of experience in field operations, team handling, or operational management
- Prior experience in healthcare, medical devices, diagnostics, or startup ecosystem preferred
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to travel extensively across Haryana
- Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and operational tracking tools
- Self-driven, organized, and execution-focused mindset
