Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Care Executive (Voice & Non Process) to handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Address customer queries, complaints, and requests effectively
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Maintain call quality and meet performance metrics
- Record customer interactions in the system
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department
- Follow company communication guidelines and policies
