*Job Summary*
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive with proven experience in IT Hardware & Networking Sales. The ideal candidate should have strong business development skills, the ability to generate leads independently, and experience in closing B2B sales. This is a field-based role requiring regular client meetings and relationship management.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
* Identify and acquire corporate clients, SMEs, educational institutions, and commercial organizations.
* Conduct client meetings and field visits to understand business requirements.
* Promote and sell IT Hardware & Networking solutions, including:
* Servers
* Desktops & Laptops
* Routers & Switches
* Firewalls
* Structured Cabling
* Network Security Solutions
* Prepare quotations and proposals in coordination with the technical team.
* Negotiate commercial terms and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
* Build long-term client relationships and generate repeat business.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
*Required Skills*
* 5–8 years of experience in IT Hardware & Networking Sales.
* Strong knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure products and solutions.
* Proven ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
* Existing corporate or SME client network will be an added advantage.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
* Willingness to travel for field sales activities.
*Qualification*
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
