We are looking for a motivated Academic Counselor to join our growing EdTech team. In this role, you will play a key part in increasing student enrollments by engaging with prospective learners, managing leads, and promoting our training programs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a good understanding of the education and training landscape, and the ability to guide students toward suitable career pathways. This is a hybrid role with a requirement to be on-site for two days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate, qualify, and convert leads for various courses and training programs
- Conduct phone calls, virtual meetings, and counseling sessions with prospective students and parents
- Ensure consistent follow-ups to drive timely enrollments
- Meet monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track lead status regularly
- Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns and enhance lead quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Freshers are welcome
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
