We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer with at least 6 months of hands-on design experience to join our core creative team in Bangalore. If you are passionate about visual storytelling, eager to learn the ins and outs of live corporate events, and thrive in dynamic environments, this is the role for you. You will work directly under senior creative leads to craft visual collateral for events delivered across the country.
Key Responsibilities
- Event Visuals & Collateral: Design print and digital assets including event branding, stage backdrops, directional signage, digital badges, presentation decks, and social media promotions.
- Pre-Press & Vendor Coordination: Prepare print-ready files (bleed, crop marks, color modes) and collaborate with production vendors for seamless execution.
- On-Site & Crunch-Time Support: Assist the design team leading up to major event execution days, ensuring artwork updates are handled quickly and accurately.
- Brand Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to corporate client brand guidelines across all deliverables.
- Continuous Growth: Eagerly accept constructive feedback, learn new design techniques, and stay updated on the latest trends in experiential design.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of professional or agency design experience (internships count).
- Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating solid fundamentals in layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and color theory.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Working knowledge of PowerPoint or Keynote is a strong plus.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including late nights or weekends during heavy event production cycles.
- Mindset: High energy, proactive, willing to learn, and calm under tight event deadlines.
