Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Business Development Executive for our Plastic Compounds & Masterbatches division. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B industrial sales within the plastic industry and be capable of developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities for Plastic Compounds and Masterbatches.
- Generate sales through manufacturers, OEMs, distributors, and industrial clients.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Identify new markets and expand the customer base.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close business deals.
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for timely order execution.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain customer records and prepare sales reports.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (Chemical, Polymer, Mechanical, or related field preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Plastic Compounds or Masterbatches Sales.
- Experience in B2B Industrial Sales is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of the plastic processing industry, polymers, and raw materials.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
